"Great hotel in the middle of town. Close to all restaurants and boat docks. The staff is very friendly and kind. The hotel can be a little noisy at night with all the people walking around the streets. "

"​Our stay at Bocas Paradise Hotel was excellent, primarily due to its unbeatable location. ​The Highlights: ​Prime Location: Being right on the main street of Isla Colon made it incredibly easy to explore the town, find dining options, and soak in the local atmosphere. ​Tour Convenience: If you're planning on doing any excursions, this is the place to be. The boat tours are located right next door, which made our morning departures seamless. ​Atmosphere & Noise: While the hotel is close to the nearby clubs, we found the noise levels to be perfectly manageable. I had packed earplugs just in case after reading previous reviews, but we actually never needed to use them. ​Overall, a great home base for anyone looking to be in the heart of the action in Bocas del Toro!"

"Ok. Here is a review to help people as I have seen some bad reviews. This property is not a $1500/night maldives room. It needs some TLC - some deck boards and railings are at end of life, as are some chairs. We stayed in the master suite and really liked the place. Water is crystal clear, master suite has the best fish viewing, owners are really friendly and eager to please, food and drinks are decent - fresh OJ for the tequila sunrise! The charging station at the reception is not a big deal. I don’t need tvs. Fans kept us cool and it rained almost every night. There were a couple minor damp spots after rain but did not need the provided container. For the price this place is 100% worth it. I would go back in heart beat. If you need a blow dryer and straight iron and other high powered appliances to feel like you at home and need to watch your reality TV on a big screen, you might want to skip this. If you want a great relaxing location and unique experience - do it! "

"The property is breathtaking! Absolutely beautiful. Staff was kind. The lodge was stayed in was comfortable and spacious. The view from the balcony was stunning. Wish there was one more restaurant in the property. There are times when the only restaurant does not offer food service so plan your tours etc accordingly. The restaurant functions on island time so pack your patience. The listing on Expedia says private pool for the lodge but it is actually shared between 10 lodges. Overall a great stay ! "

"The staff at Klika goes out of their way to assist in anyway possible. They are super friendly. Breakfast was amazing. Is it loud yes! It’s a party hostel! The most known on the island. Across from filthy Friday, 2 steps from Vibe, and in the heart of town. I’m 56 stayed in their private room which had great AC and WiFi. Checked out today to visit other islands and they are, without charge holding my suitcase for me until I’m back for an additional 5 days. It’s quite amusing when you read the horrible reviews referring to the noise, customer service, and cleanliness. Some people book a bed in a hostel and expect a 5 star curated experience and then complain. Those reviews speak more about the people that wrote them than Klika’s. Don’t stay at a party hostel in the entertainment district of the island and complain about noise!! "Brian and his staff provide an amazing vacation experience! This eco-lodge is very small (5 rooms) which allows them to provide very personalized service. You do not need to plan your activities in advance, Brian will ask you over breakfast "what do you feel like doing today?' and whether you want to snorkel, or go to a nearby beach, take a nature walk in jungle or take a kayak out in bay, the staff will help coordinate everything for you. you can also just hang out on the huge porch and relax and read or play games with a lovely view of the bay. The food is amazing with great variety and lots of fresh produce from the area. Several pods of dolphins regularly visit the bay and are fun to view from a kayak or boat. And you can see sloths, monkeys, tree, frogs, rays, and many birds everyday. If you like off the beaten path vacations in a beautiful nature setting then this is your lodge. We highly recommend DBH!"
