"Really nice hotel, excellent place, right in front of the beach, nice pool and good amenities. However, there are some things that they have to work on: Reception only works until 10.30pm and there is lack of transportation to important points (downtown, airports, restaurant). "We had a wonderful time at this hotel, from the moment we checked in they were super polite and friendly, very courteous. Miss Karla and Mr. Arnulfo were very accommodating and welcoming. Mr. David at the bell stand super helpful. We experienced their breakfast at the restaurant and was delicious, they had lots of different options and it was a great atmosphere, Marisela and Maria were the best and always very attentive to my 3yo daughter needs❤️ I usually don’t write reviews because I either forget or don’t have time but I really felt compelled because of their outstanding service.
