"Always a good stay. New rooms are a bit smaller. No dresser and limited closet space. Booked a 5 day stay. Vehicle valet was a nice new service. Clean and quiet. Revolution street entrance is very convenient."

"Este hotel y sus amenidades son increíbles; todo está limpio y bonito, de muy alta calidad. El servicio en general también es bueno. Sin embargo, no volvería a hospedarme aquí. Las dos veces que vine, el mismo joven de pelo chino nos hizo el check-in a mi novia y a mí. En ambas ocasiones nos dio miradas muy desagradables. En esta última visita, su actitud fue aún peor: nos hizo sentir juzgados e incómodos, al punto de que preferimos evitar pasar por la entrada principal y usar la puerta trasera del estacionamiento. Fuera de eso, la habitación y las instalaciones son excelentes."

"We have been staying at this hotel for years. We really enjoy our stays. They have a great restaurant that has a delicious brunch buffet at a great price! From chilaquiles, omelettes, menudo, yogurts and pastries. You name it this restaurant has it. They have so much food to choose from. The service is great!"
