No complaints about the room. The staff was helpful and friendly. The Food tho I would rate it a 2 out of 10. The food definitely needs more improvement. The breakfast and lunch was not good. But over all the stay at the hotel was okay.

We had no hot water or water pressure in 2 rooms. We ended up leaving. The facilities were dinghy and dirty. One elevator was out of service. The hotel was in an obscure location, close enough to town, but it didn't feel safe to walk anywhere after dark.

It smells moldy everywhere in the hotel. The sink didn’t have hot water. The shower had hot and cold but all of a sudden it would go cold water.

Todo estuvo muy bien, solo las instalaciones un poco deterioradas y para una persona con discapacidad fisica no lo recomiendo a menos que aseguren que el elevador del estacionamiento al lobby funciona, la comida esta buena solo que les falta preservarla mas caliente, toda la atencion al 100

We wanted to watch movies on Netflix or HBO but the tv only had local channels we asked the receptionist if she had a different remote she said no so we weren’t able to watch anything

WiFi is terrible we never had no signal in the room I try taking a shower the water was cold call the front desk she said I’ll fix it it only ran semi hot for 5 min food was terrible and my son has autism he has his service dog and the girl that check us in never told me nothing about the dog when she saw us walk with him in the hotel until next day it was a big deal they made me pay 35$ and she need it the paperwork to the service dog she wanted me to send it true email HOW THERE IS NO SERVICE IN THAT HOTEL ! I’m sorry but I will never stay with you guys ever again . And the receptionist from the night we check in she was very rude after what happened with the dog !
