The view was amazing that was the thing that keep me from not canceling it. Furniture in the kitchen Appliance needs to be up to date. Air conditioner did not work. Power of that little community went out. I had to buy candles and Flashlight. Swimming pool access was far from the room. No Jacuzzi. Need to up date the picture on the ad

I recently stayed here for Baja beach festival, the place was sooooo pretty and such an amazing view.. was having a bit of difficulty trying to find which house it was and the host was very quick with responding and helping us I would most definitely stay here again.. wasn’t walking distance to the festival but I definitely felt safe with the security at the front of property 1000/10

Booked the property the day of arrival I called the contact number to get info to get inside and no answer got an email till midnight on the info to get in the ac units didn’t work at all floors were very dirty and lots of sand on the beds

The penthouse overall was beautiful, with amazing views. The tile work was also beautiful. However, the oven didn’t work, there was no hot water in the 2nd room (there was in the master and kitchen) so we just used it. The pool pictured was not on site and we were not able to access the pool (could have been my misunderstanding).

This penthouse has a beautiful view and the hot tub was great! The main room doesn’t have AC, but there is AC in the kitchen/living room area. To get there is quite a bumpy drive, and we got lost- but after the first time we recognized where we were going. The parking in front was a little tight because there was people staying in the other apartments. Overall the place was well kept and the view was stunning! Thank you

Amazing stay and view

Really really enjoyed staying here! The view was amazing and we got to see dolphins and seels from our balcony not to mention the sunsets were breathtaking. The rooms were big and spacious and clean with fresh towels. There was a community pool we could use which was warm and very nice to swim in. The location is in a safe gated community and the guards were very pleasant and always made us laugh. There is cute restaurants and cafes that had amazing food and drink with a great view and service .Everything we needed was there for us. We had a slight issue with the hot water when we arrived but it was resolved immediately without delay by Francisco . The person whom I spoke with was Jennifer and she was so helpful and friendly. This is definitely a place that I will be coming back to and recommend all to go to.

Disappointing

There was no pool as the images showed. It was not a hotel, it was a residential property. My kids and I were looking forward to a pool as the images showed. We submitted to working with the jacuzzi thay was on the property. The jacuzzi did not work, the water was cold, and the jets did not go on because there was electrical issues. The lights flashed and turned off when we turned the jacuzzi on. I was terrified at the thought of being electrucuted in the jacuzzi. The room was humid, and only had a floor fan to work with that was not enough to ventilate the room. The ceiling fan was not an option due to electrical issues connected to the jacuzzi. I would not go back. Very disappointed, not what I was looking forward to.

Only good thing I can say about this place, is the beach view. The beach is quite dirty though. So many bad things to say about this place. First, communication is not up to par. The keyless entries don’t work well. We were locked out of the building at 3am with no one to communicate with. Luckily other guests in the building heard us knocking after knocking over 45mins. The keypad to the unit would work when it wanted to. I had to hop the balcony to get into the room. They need to upgrade their keyless locks. The unit was not clean. The cleaners didn’t even change the sheets. There was blood on the pillows, make up and we’re just disgusting. We asked for new sheets and towels and we’re told they would ask the cleaning staff, unfortunately that’s all we were told and nothing arrived. The fridge was dirty, the bathroom wasn’t too clean and overall, the property wasn’t well maintained. There was no hot water at all and the water pressure was extremely low. Just say I didn’t really get to shower my whole stay. I would never return until they fix these issues. I would highly recommend to stay away
