"Baltazar first greeted me when I once walked into the hotel. He carried my luggage to the room, showed me where all the light switches where and how to turn on the AC. he was very helpful. There was no need to leave the hotel. The casino and bar where there."

"This hotel has to be one of my favorites we’ve stayed at. The hotel restaurant was delicious and the breakfast buffet has amazing options. All the staff was incredible. They were updating flooring in the hallway of our floor but outside of walking around it, it didn’t get in the way. We used the pool which we also perfect."

"Great location, with in walking distance of the popular plaza too, full of restaurants, shops, and even a beautiful movie theatre. I loved that there’s a Starbucks on property, and a oxxo right next door(Mexico’s 7-11) but better. You also have a Calimax grocery store half a block away. Had wonderful cocktails at the lobby bar. Plenty of tv’s to catch a good game. Will definitely return."

"The location near the ocean amazing. The hot tub was inoperable and if you’re paying what you do, it would be nice if it worked. The villas are awesome! The staff was pretty good, no overly helpful but good. I would go back. Hopefully everything works next time."
