Clear instructions for the location and parking
Heating had been turned on prior to our arrival
Fridge had individual butter, milk and jam plus washing things were provided

We sat on the sofa and the leg immediately fell off causing the sofa to collapse. This has been taped together.

"Nice and peaceful, clean and good facilities. Nice touch with the Taylors Coffee Bags (could do with a few more to last the week). Nice size desk to work on. Kitchen area is a good size with plenty of storage.

"This apartment wasn’t our first choice due to a booking error by Hotels.com however we were disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the apartment with a strong odour of stale cigarettes. "Immaculate and beautiful cottage (we stayed in Barley) with all home comforts. Access to a gorgeous swimming pool and gardens. The location in the hamlet of Water Newton is stunning and gorgeous walks through the countryside are abundant.

"Lovely little house, with everything you need for a home from home.
Downsides- there is child lock on the Wi-fi, not good for a tradesman working away. Cold house- woke up every morning shivering. Wasn’t sure how to set heating timer. And next door there are elderly neighbours who must be deaf- they are night owls and I’m sure their tv is directly opposite the wall of bed stand. Was maybe 2am before all was quiet. "We loved our stay at Rushton Hall and will be returning as soon as we can. The building itself is extremely beautiful and you feel like you’re stepping into history. The grounds are lovely for a walk (although would be nice to have more outside lighting at night, as it was very dark trying to walk around after dinner). The spa has excellent facilities - the swimming pool is warm (which is rare!) with a comfy hot jacuzzi and dry and wet sauna/steam rooms, and plenty of beds around the swimming pool.
We stayed in the Cedar room - The bedroom was spacious and comfy, with a large bed, smart TV and great coffee facilities. The bathroom has a large power-shower, and a bath with its own TV. The only thing that would’ve made it better would be to have a small fridge with cold drinks.
The restaurant and bar were great with an excellent breakfast. Overall it was a fantastic stay, and we are excited to return! "

"Spacious room outside Cambridge that was 10-15min drive to the park & ride and West site Cambridge STEM campus. Ideal for an open day visit as parking was free at this hotel and we didn't fancy driving in central Cambridge. I used the swimming pool in the hotel which was a good size and open from 6.30am. the breakfast was plentiful and buffet style."
