"Staff are friendly- clean room- I have a bit of issue with smell- Brought my own Lavender room spray. It helps. Near the Grotto,which is good as I was with elderly. Bring your own thermos,if you are a chamommile tea person,as theres no kettle in the room. Although. I ask the night staff for a pot of hot water. Very kind male staff. Thanks to him. "Parfait pour une soirée étape - un logement avec 2 chambres ( un grand lit par chambre ) et chaque chambre a son espace avec douche et vasque ainsi qu’un petit dressing . C’est neuf - propre- moderne - il est possible de faire un peu de cuisine car il y a un micro ondes , un petit frigo et une plaque induction avec un peu de vaisselle- il y a un grand parking pour se garer . "

"We were automatically booked into Mercure Impérial but were very disappointed with the rooms. They were smaller and cramped. Night reception staff wasn’t helpful when we enquired. "

"We stayed in an apartment. I loved the property and its relaxed feel and location. Some lovely walks are available close by. The reception staff spoke good English and were very polite and helpful. They are very spacious, warm and clean, but very self contained. The bed was comfortable but pillow choice was limited. Kitchen was nice with 2 hot plates, no oven or frying pan. There is a dishwasher but no washing machine. Unfortunately the WiFi was not working and was not fixed during our stay....
