" The facility from the outdoor smoking area, to the lobby to the room were extremely clean. Which I must say was worth every penny of the slightly higher cost per night then other lodging options in the area. The staff members were welcoming, friendly, always willing to help while remaining professional at as well.
Our room was a double queen that was surprisingly very spacious. Within the room there was a wall desk with pull out table, 2 sitting chairs 2 stools and a small portable dinner tray. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. The bathroom was much larger than expected and equipped with sampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, towels, hand towels, wash cloths and bath robes. If you are looking for a nice quiet place to relax and sleep this room would not be it. This room definitely wasn't soundproof and at times could be extremely frustrating.
As for the amenities, we were able to enjoy the indoor pool and also had breakfast. As for the pool, it was a decent size with a shallow and deep end, temperature was as expected. The walking area around the pool was concerning due to a very slick surface that caused me to lose my footing several times.
Beakfast offered a decent variety of hot and cold tems it did not include bacon, sausage or biscuits but plenty to make sure you don't leave hungry.
This is a place I would definitely stay again when visiting Wheeling, WV."

"I really liked the room layout and amenities. However, I was disappointed that the soundproofing was poor—I could hear the TV from the next room very loudly—and that the bathroom drain didn’t work well."
"I was told that all the amenities were up and functional before checking in, but when I arrived to Ogleby resorts, I was told the hot tub was working, and then when I got to the hot tub, it was not working and not functional cobwebs in the ceiling of the room no shampoo in the bathroom and the body wash was ripped off of the wall. Call the front desk to let them know about the hot tub, not working. It was told the maintenance crew was on their way and the maintenance crew did not show up."
