"The hotel is well located in downtown Cleveland. Close to everything you need and convenient to the rock ‘n’ roll Hall of Fame. The restaurant is excellent fresh food creative recipes. The bar staff is super friendly. The rooms are small, but well appointed offering comfortable beds, and appointed bathrooms. I recommend."

Having a full suite of appliances and utensils makes a massive difference for longer stays or for those who simply prefer the convenience of preparing their own meals. Furthermore, you cannot beat the excellent location. Being right in the heart of downtown makes it easy to access local attractions, dining, and entertainment without any hassle. The only slight hiccup during the stay was some minor issues with the hot water in the building. While it was a bit of a nuisance, it felt like a one-time inconvenience rather than a systemic problem, and a few Luke warm showers didn't significantly detract from the overall quality of the visit. "Outstanding in every way! Staff was exceptional; front desk, valets and restaurant servers were all among the best I've ever met. Hotel and rooms were clean, modern and luxurious-they put a lot of money into refurbishing the place and it shows. We had breakfast at Mowery's- great selection and fantastic food. We were celebrating my dad's 90th birthday and they really made him feel special. Top notch operation from top to bottom. Perfect location if you're visiting the Jack Casino or anywhere downtown. We will definitely be going there again. "
