Det är inget hotell. Man får en kod till ett nyckelskåp. Parkering svindyr. Det finns ingen frukost. TVn funkade ej och ingen kod till wifi. Kalkavlagringar i duschen.

Rummet var bra . Städning varje dag som utlovat hos hotels stämde ej . Personalen en kvinna va rabiat och hjälpte ej oss när vi bad om wifi och p plats . Utebliven frukost som stod i beskrivningen . Uteblivet hotell mail ang p plats och wifi som vi behövde för vårt jobb. Hon vägrade hjälpa oss och va bara arg och otrevlig . Detta förstörde vår vistelse

Das Bett war eine absolute Katastrophe. Zwischen den Matratzen war eine 20 cm Lücke. Ich habe noch nie auf einer do ungemütlichen Matratze geschlafen. Auch die Restliche Einrichtung wirkte eher billig. Sah aber ganz gut aus. Ein Stuhl auf dem Balkon war defekt. Zudem waren auf dem Balkon und im Zimmer viele Spinnweben.

Unterkunftsbeschreibung genau lesen

Der Zimmerschlüssel befindet sich in einem Schließfach des Briefkasten, welches mit einem Code geöffnet wird. Bei Verlust des Schlüssel, müssen 500,00€ gezahlt werden. Da meine Zimmertür, eine Balkontür war die über eine außen Treppe mit Schuhgröße 40 zu kleine Stufen hatte, machte ich mir ganz andere Sorgen. Auf den Matratzen lag mittig eine Decke, welche das einsacken nicht verhinderte. Zudem war die Bettdecke so hart und steif, das ein erholsamer Schlaf nicht in Frage kam. Das einzig schöne war der Strand vor der Tür. Übrigens der Parkplatz für die Unterkunft muss vorher Reserviert werden siehe Preis, der nächste günstige ist 900m entfernt Vogelpark Niendorf. Vor der Tür nur mit Zeitlimits parken und zahlen.

Super Zimmer in bester Strandlage. Der Parkplatz gehört zwar nicht direkt zum Hotel, ist aber direkt davor und ist relativ preiswert.

Das Zimmer war groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und das Hotel liegt direkt an der Ostseepromenade. Leider gab es wie angekündigt im Zimmer kein WLAN (nur im Flur). In den 5 Tagen unseres Aufenthalts wurde das Zimmer nur einmal gereinigt. Die Matratzen waren schon sehr durchgelegen.

WLAN wird zwar beworben, konnte in Raum Nr. 3 aber nicht genutzt werden. WhatsApp Hilfe bestand aus der Feststellung, dass es eigentlich laufen müsste. Super - tut es aber nicht! Dann kam die Einschränkung, dass es in den "äußeren Zimmern" schwierig sei. In 3 Tagen haben sie es nicht geschafft und sich auch nicht weiter drum gekümmert. Die Hilfe-Telefonnummer führt auf eine Ansage, dass man eine E-Mail schreiben soll. Super - ohne Internet-Zugriff!!!! Ich konnte nicht richtig arbeiten, meine Kunden sind sauer auf mich. Das Zimmer selbst ist sehr schön. As Gesamthaus auch. Hilfe bei Problemen sollte man nicht erwarten. Und wenn man kein Internet braucht und Glück hat, dass alles sonstige OK ist....

Man bekommt den Schlüssel für sein Zimmer über eine Schlüsselbox.Es gibt keine Rezeption. Man kann sich aus dem Flur Bücher mit aufs Zimmer nehmen. Im Zimmer gibt es eine Kaffeemaschine und einen Wasserkocher,2 Teller,Besteck und Gläser. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig es gibt 2 Sessel und einen kleinen Tisch. Vom Balkon konnten wir aufs Meer blicken.Wir hatten Zimmer 8. Einziger Minuspunkt,und das auch nur wegen persönlicher Vorliebe,die Matratzen waren uns viel zu weich da war das einschlafen nicht ganz einfach. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Zum Schlafen vielleicht ok, aber mehr auch nicht. Dusche verkalkt, Laminat an vielen Stellen abgeplatzt. Im Appartement kein WLAN, auch nicht eingeschränkt wie in der Beschreibung steht. Außenanlagen lieblos und unordentlich. Fleck im Bettlaken, eklig. Dafür viel zu teuer, nie wieder! 4 teure Autos in der Garage, da war wohl kein Geld für eine Renovierung übrig!

Die Betten sind katastrophal weich. Wir sind nach einer Nacht abgereist; da beide (nicht empfindlich) noch den ganzen Tag Rückenschmerzen hatten! Und keinerlei Parkplätze zu finden waren. Ich hätte sinngemäß im Hamburg parken müssen. Selbst beim Vogelpark war kein einziger Platz mehr frei. Der Service war unter Null! Bloß nicht buchen! Es kümmert sich Niemand.

Service katastrophal, null Wertschätzung

Was es gibt: Strandnähe, Gutes Restaurant im Haus, hellhöriges Zimmer, direkte Nähe zum Hafen Was es nicht gibt: Service, Freundlichkeit, Wertschätzung, WLAN, Rezeption Der Check-in geschieht über einen Schlüsselkasten mit Code. Eine Rezeption gibt es nicht, einzig eine Telefonnummer, die man bei Fragen kontaktieren soll. Nun, ich hatte Fragen: „wo ist das versprochene WLAN?“ (Antwort kam per SMS-Hinweis, man solle auf der Buchungsseite nachschauen. Ja; dort steht „kostenloses WLAN IN JEDEM ZIMMER“ nur gibt es WLAN NICHT, bestätigen auch andere Gäste), warum sind keine notwendigen Bettlaken da? („sorry, vergessen“), warum wird nicht geputzt? („Es hängt ein Schild an der Tür“ - „ja, da steht drauf, wir sind nicht da“ - also bitte reinigen 🙄), „warum lässt der dann endlich tätig gewordene Roomservice die Tür nach Verlassen zweimal auf?“ (keine Antwort). Der Roomservice ist im Übrigen bemüht, aber leider zumindest bei uns nicht der deutschen Sprache mächtig gewesen, so dass selbst Basics mittels Google Translator ausgetauscht werden mussten. Jegliche Kommunikation mit der Hotelleitung läuft über SMS, da es KEINE Rezeption gibt und bei der angegebenen Telefonnummer prinzipiell keiner dran geht. Antworten dauern Stunden, wenn überhaupt. Ehrlich: Wertschätzung für Gäste sieht komplett anders aus. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis somit inädaquat. Never again (trotz schöner Lage)

Unsere Dusche war defekt, das Wasser spritzte aus einer Seite des Duschkopfes. Der obere Teil der Dusche war so verkalkt, dass das Wasser nur teilweise lief. Der Abfluss des Waschbeckens schien verstopft zu sein, jedenfalls floss das Wasser sehr langsam ab. Ansonsten schönes Zimmer und direkt am Strand. Es gab auch Parkmöglichkeiten vom Strandhotel, allerdings durfte man die nicht nutzen, wenn man diese nicht direkt mitgebucht hat. Stand aber beim Buchungsvorgang nicht mit drin, ziemlich böd. Und jemanden fragen kann man auch nicht, da es ja keinen Service, wie bei einem Hotel gibt. Defintiv verbesserungswürdig, aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt völlig ok.

Für 4 Personen gebucht, aber das Schlafsofa musste selbst bezogen werden. Wasser in der Dusche lief nicht ab und beim Mülleimer im Bad war der Deckel komplett abgerissen und nur aufgelegt. Nur das aller Notwendigste war vorhanden.

Wie schon geschrieben, sind die Matratzen eine Katastrophe, auf Nachfrage kam 1 Tag später auch ein Föhn. Draußen vor der Tür sehr unsauber, die Baustelle entschuldigt zwar ein bißchen , aber für den Preis hatte ich mehr erwartet.
