Séjour décevant à cause d'un petit déjeuner

Chambre réservée à 79 € AVEC petit déjeuner compris. Or l'établissement a voulu nous facturer le petit déjeuner qui par ailleurs était indigne (viennoiseries de l'avant veille et brûlées, très peu de variété d'aliments) Apparemment c'est le site hôtels.com qui est fautif ?

Déception totale.

Réservation de deux chambres doubles avec petit déjeuner compris.. Arrivé sur place il nous a fallu payer les petits déjeuners.. A priori il y a un gros souci de communication entre le site et l'hôtel. .. C'est inadmissible !! Je ne ferai plus appel à vôtre site à l'avenir. Vos concurrents sont bien meilleurs. Dernier détails, les chambres avec vue sur la piscine!! ont aussi vu sur un terrain vague avec déchets. Ne comptez pas avoir de l'eau fraîche et encore moins des glaçons donc en résumé c'est un grand hôtel vieillissant. Nous en sommes très déçu. Nous avons voulu faire plaisir à nos amis qui l'avait repéré lors de leur dernier séjour. .. Nous passerons nôtre chemin et je vous conseille de passer le vôtre .

Stay Away - Not worth it!

We were on a climbing trip so not looking for anything fancy, but decided to spend a little more on our last 2 nights. What a waste! The pool was far too cold to be usable! The staff and management was unresponsive! We had booked 2 twin rooms 2 months in advance, but upon arrival we were told that the hotel was fully booked and they had rooms for us at a different hotel down the road. That hotel had terrible reviews so we declined. They instead gave us a quadruple room, but would offer no compensation for the price difference which amounted to over 40 euros. The manager wouldnt even come and talk to us. The room was and especially the bathroom was in disrepair with paint flaking off the ceiling and very old condition. Luckily we had booked through Hotels.com and they compensated us out of their own pocket. Stay away from this hotel!

À fuire personnel de la réception impoli et aucun sens de communication avec le client. J’ai réservé deux chambres confirmés dans les 24h et lors de mon arrivée le réceptionniste m’annonce qu’il ne n’a la trace que d’une chambre or je n’ai fait qu’une seule réservation et pas deux donc comment une chambre firgure et pas l’autre et pourquoi j’ai reçu une confirmation pour ma réservation? C’est juste inacceptable de mettre un voyageur dans tél situation sachant que j’étais avec un enfant de 5ans et mes parents âgés. Ils m’ont proposés de me reloger mais dans un hôtel de qualité inférieur et au même prix j’ai dû accepter car je n’avais pas le choix. Et hôtels.com me propose un bon de 15euro est ce que que 15euro est suffisant pour récompenser une telle galère avec un enfant de 5ans et le prix de communication de tél que j’ai payé pour les joindre

Beware:: Terrible service, stay elsewhere

Unless you’re with a tour group, the service is awful. My boyfriend and I had stayed in Dara and Riads, but wanted a place to stay in Tinghir that had modern amenities since we had been driving all day. We chose Kasbah Lamrani and it was a mistake from the start. Note:: I travel on a budget, so my expectations are not unrealistic by any means- I’ll conquer a pit toilet any day. When I went to check in, the woman at the front desk refused to honor the price I’d paid ten minutes beforehand using the Hotels.com app. The app said my room included free breakfast, free WiFi and free parking, but she refused to accept that and was trying to make me pay 50 more dirham. Even after I showed my confirmation and the terms directly on the app. After she made a call and was obviously berating me in Darijan, she rudely handed me the key and didn’t speak another word to me. Later that evening, my boyfriend went downstairs to the restaurant/bar to get a beer and some food. He waited over 15 minutes and left— many people walked by and he got their attention but no one ever waited on him. Breakfast was a ‘buffet’. Out of three weeks of breakfasts in Morocco, this was by far the worst. Not even the traditional tea. Just to add insult to injury, there was a used bar of soap laying in the diner of our room and the pillowcase smelled of mildew.
