"Towels were not white more like grey disgusting. The rooms were filthy even the bathroom was dusty like it was just horrible. The sheets smelled like vomit. We have stayed here many times before but this will be our last. Worst stay ever"

"So for the price, this hotel is fine but if you can afford to, spend more on a hotel. There was no AC and since there are no outside windows the room was SUPER hot. "Everything was wonderful. There is a mall across the street within walking distance. The food is great at the restaurants. The breakfast buffet has a lot to offer. The pool was nice and so was the lounge area around it. I had two massages from Yadira that were the best. I had intended to only get one, but after the first, I had to get a second before heading home. If I come back to Managua, I will definitely stay here again. It was a very nice a relaxing trip. "
