"The location is great, just a few steps from the Carmel market. The communication with staff was great and they were very accommodating. The couch in the living room is amazing comfortable for a good snooze and the AC was great. Also, the beach is only 5 blocks away. There are loads of restaurants in the neighborhood and places for coffee and alcohol. "

"The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and the view was amazing! We were on a mid level floor (9th floor). Mid level and high level rooms have all been remodeled and are really nice!!! Staff was amazing! Special thanks to Ofir for helping us to feel welcome, for making check-in and check-out extra smooth, and for helping out when I lost a dental retainer! Fabian and others were also great! "
