Boa localização mas sem conforto

Fomos dois casais para um fim de semana em Tiradentes. Escolhemos o hotel por sua excelente localização e ficamos nos apartamentos com os preços mais baixos. O Hotel além da ótima localização tem um café da manhã maravilhoso e os funcionários atenciosos. Mas os quartos que ficamos fazem perder essas vantagens. Muito desconfortáveis. Num deles a cama rangia como se fosse quebrar a qualquer momento e o banheiro era sofrível e ao tomar banho molhava todo o chão. Os quartos eram numa pequena elevação, meio fora do hotel. Atravessávamos um parque com piscina, que tem um belo escorregador, mas inútil no inverno. Mas ir a Tiradentes significa para mim o que está fora do hotel. Assim não aconselho ao menos os quartos mais baratos.

Localização excelente, mas atendimento ruim.

Na praça principal de Tiradentes o Hotel tem estacionamento, mas ficamos sem água quente na manhã de domingo, o Café é muito bom, mas os quartos são pequenos e apertados, os Banhos são apertados e os boxes baixos. Não nos deram o late check-out, mesmo o hotel com poucos hospedes no domingo. quando fomos pegar o carro às 16:00 o hotel estava vazio, não sei se foi por conta da falta de água quente.
