Lovely hotel in central location

Really liked the decor of this boutique hotel. Breakfast included was tasty and the coffee was great. Staff are friendly and helpful and the parking included is secure and convenient. Recommend this hotel for a stay in Tirana.

I booked a room with a balcony that I was always use which is in the main building however reception has sent me to some apartment which is not what I wanted. I had no access to Wi-Fi, Didn’t have breakfast and when I asked I was told is closed. When I asked to grab a coffee I was also refused and told that the coffee machine is now off. Been coming at this hotel for way too many times but this time my experience was not great. I am a repeat customer and not a lot of care is given which is a shame. Not sure I want to come back at this please… maybe I will give it one more chance..

Nous avions réservé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel au demeurant charmant et cocooning. Nous y avons finalement séjourné une seule nuit à cause du bruit, de l’inconfort et de l odeur des canalisations. Salle de bain et toilettes non pratique. Nuit écourtée. (Arrivés à minuit passé, réveillés à 5h40 à cause du remue ménage du bâtiment voisin) J’avais pourtant lu certains commentaires et manque de pot, nous avons eu « droit » à une des chambres située au sous-sol…La 103. Petit déjeuner normalement compris mais visiblement pas enregistre à notre arrivée. Autrement, hôtel bien placé. Nous avons décidé de changer d hôtel. Quel dommage. Nous vous souhaitons tout de même un agréable séjour et espérons que vous serez moins déçus que nous.

Booked balcony room but eneded up in basement

When we arrived. We had booked a superior room with balcony. But the owner of the hotel hadn't notified us that they had leaking water in their hotel so the room wasn't available. He put us in the basement instead, in a smaller room. The room was moisty and loud noise from the waterpump. He gave us 5€ discount and said we would get another price charge from hotels.com but hotels.com did not change the rate for us even after we made a complain to them and they contacted the hotel. The owner of the hotel also gave us a beer after we complain that it's not ok to just change our booking without noticing us. The breakfast was great and the interior design very beautiful.

Anstey Nomad in Tirana

My first trip to Tirana so didn’t know what to expect but wasn’t disappointed. Friendly people, inexpensive and felt safe, beautiful city lots of things to see and do, cycle friendly, nice restaurants etc I will definitely come back for a longer stay and combine the trip with a beach stay as the beaches are rumoured to be clean and very nice 😊

Hotel situato a meno di 10 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale e dalle principali attrazioni. Camera tranquilla (anche la strada), confortevole e con il riscaldamento /raffrescamento autonomo. Pecca per il bagno, veramente piccolo (diciamo che la doccia allaga completamente il bagno), in ogno caso fornito di tutti gli accessori. Colazione ottima e abbondante, con caffe, brioches, succo e varieta di salato. Ottimo il rapporto qualita/prezzo. Un'appunto negativo per il wi-fi con segnale debole (forse dipende anche dalla posizione della camera)

7 gece boyunca kaldığımız bu otelden oldukça memnun kaldık. Çalışanlar da çok ilgili ve güler yüzlü insanlardı, hepsine çok teşekkürler. Temizlik konusunda rahat olun, dilerseniz her gün oda temizliği yapılıyor. Ben fotoğraflara, puanına ve fiyatına göre karar vermiştim, tıpkı göründüğü gibi ve fiyat olarak da diğer otellere kıyasla uygun. Renkli odaları, şık koridorlarıyla sıcacık bir yer. Eşimle bir büyük yataklı standart oda tercih etmiştik bize biraz küçük geldi, biraz daha büyük bir oda olsaydı daha rahat olabilirdi onun dışında hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadım.

Das Hotel bietet eine eigene Garage an und ist doch extrem nahe am Zentrum. Die Zimmer sind nicht besonders groß, aber farbenfroh und sehr gemütlich. Mein Bett war einfach traumhaft. Das Personal immer hilfsbereit und super freundlich und das Frühstück immer frisch, abwechslungsreich und sehr reichhaltig. Tolles Hotel für den kleinen Geldbeutel! Ich komme definitiv wieder!

Everyone at the front desk was very kind and gave maximum help with any of our questions or requests. The hotel is close to the center of Tirana, sights - 10 minutes walk. Breakfast was fine. In case of another stay in Tirana, we would like to stay there again.

I was served by Artemisa & Marylina (I may have gotten their names spelt wrongly but that’s how they are pronounced) & their service was outstanding! They deserve more recognition for their work & their ability to go the extra mile in their service. Both of these ladies are more than capable receptionists. I know this because Artemisa works the morning shift & while there are walk-ins & check-outs, she handles the operations smoothly while preparing breakfasts for the guests. Talk about multitasking effortlessly. There were self-entitled guests who came down past the breakfast window & still had the cheek to ask for their breakfast in multiple courses but Artemisa duly obliged and still serve them like kings. Hope this doesn’t allow future guests to take advantage of her kindness though. For Marylina, there were multiple check ins at one point & she was brilliant with her service, serving everyone with a huge smile & a big heart. To the bosses, these employees (along with the guy who works at night, Andelinde) deserve a raise. They delight not only me but other guests as well. Some of the employees are students that still have classes to attend but despite that fact, they work as though they have been at the job for long, and they have definitely excelled at it. Reward them, I say. Reward them handsomely.

The is a really beautiful boutique hotel- the rooms were very pretty and comfortable and the staff were really friendly and always on hand to help. It was really well located just 10 mins walk from main square. Breakfast was really tasty!

El personal fue muy amable, tanto el chico de la tarde como la chica de la mañana. Debido a un problema nos dijeron que no nos podían poner en la habitación que habíamos reservado y nos dieron una habitación en el sótano, que no era lo mejor a nivel iluminación ni ventilación... Además olía bastante a tabaco, lo que sumado al hecho de que no podíamos abrir la ventana hizo que el olor se notara bastante. Incluso había algo de ceniza en una de las mesitas de noche. Eso si, el desayuno fue espectacular y como hemos dicho, el personal de lo más amable.

Friendly hotel with nice deco

Well located near centre of town, 10min walking distance from main attractions. Boutique hotel style decoration but already a bit 'used' room (especially bathroom). We liked the deco. Friendly service in many languages. Staff explains you how to get everywhere and is very helpful for any questions. Small breakfast tables, food & coffee was good.
