I like the place and the service was good. We stayed in a double room apartment and it would have been a perfect stay if there were two sets of cutlery in the room and the electric kettle was working.

More communication needed

Very nice accomodations. Very clean and comfortable for one person. Maybe a little small for two persons. I hired the shuttle from the airport thru the agency thinking they would know exactly where it was located since the information said it was in a shopping mall. Exact location was not shared with me or the driver and goggle maps wasn't sure either. The driver became very frustrated and left me in the street. I had been in communication with the agency and luckily they found me down the street and escorted me to the apartment. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. Washer and dryer were available for use, a toaster and electric water pot and a water tank for filling your water bottle.

Terrified experience

Terrible! No reception and the host never contacted us about the entrance. Once inside, we locked inside the corridor with the rooms for 45 minutes and they never responded back to our calls or messages. Next day they just replied that they haven’t experienced this before and that there weren’t anything they could do. Ac stopped working during the night so we woke up to 29 degrees…. Water is run by solar panels so don’t expect anything other than a cold shower in the morning.

El alojamiento es bonito y está relativamente limpio, aunque el edificio no tanto, especialmente las áreas comunes, el acceso y el elevador tenían suciedad y deterioro. Mi habitación era pequeña aunque con todo lo necesario. Las personas fueron siempre amables en la comunicación y me atendieron bien. Les pedí, por ejemplo, si podía vaciar la lavadora de la lavandería con la ropa que estaba allí dentro ya lista, ponerla dentro de un cesto y poder yo meter a lavar mi ropa y accedieron con gusto y después de un rato uno de ellos subió a sacar también lo que había en la secadora para que pudiera usarla.

Meillä oli huone vuoristonäköalalla. Huone oli aika pieni. Parveke oli mukava ja siihen paistoi kivasti aamuaurinko. Kylpyhuoneessa olisi hyvä olla lattialasta jotta koko vessa ei lainehdi vedestä. Sijaitsi todella hyvällä paikalla ja bussilla pääsi kätevästi heti oven edestä . Myös lentokenttä bussi lähtee läheltä. Huone oli ihan sopivaa keskitasoa. Henkilökunta oli todella mukavaa ja avuliasta. Antoivat hyviä vinkkejä mm ruokapaikoista yms.. Nautittiin lomasta.

Nice staying at CBA Tirana, rooms are at 11th floor, so even if you book a standard room, you can have a fascinating view of Tirana! very appreciated free water, and staff was friendly and nice! available transfert to/from the airport!

Central located, clean apartment in Tirana. Shout out to Elvis who was a helpful staff member during the stay. Be sure to communicate plans early in order to organise collecting the keys. Overall good, fairly priced option for a stay in the city

We walked into a construcrion zone, but once past rhis inside the apartment was fine. There were problems with a key not working properly, and damage by the cleaner to a tv aerial but these issues were resolved extremwey efficiently. The apartment staff were all females and really really lovely and helpful.

Well the room was very good but guys ni worm water even when I call them and tell them again when I go home the water was really cold in the morning next day the same I call them and they told me that someone is coming I wait like 1 our and Noone comes so I had to left without shower olso the window wasn't closing and we was freezing all night if the water was OK and the window closes it will be exhelent room!
