Good price, but run down

Booked it for one night before departing flight, as it was a good price. First of all, not all costs are shown on online booking. There are local taxes to pay at check in. First place in Albania this happened. Hotel room was run down. Window was broken and couldn't been opened without falling off, some dirty bed sheets, and almost anything in the hotel room had some flaws (crooked lamps, leaky shower head, aircondition used almost 12h to get the room somewhat cool). Would not recommend, unless you just need a cheap place for a night, but you can probably find better options for similar place in Tirana

Disappointed to be put in their other hotel. Didn't realise that their carparking was with another site and overall will cost us another €30. Directions could be more accurate as the hotel is not on the road described but backs onto it. We ended up parking the car to find it!!

It was horrible, the air conditioning didn't work and we had to wait 3 hours before they tried to solve the problem. The elevator is blocked, no button to call for help. it doesn't deserve the 4 stars

Booked all inclusive with balcony, was informed upon arrival that on the first night I would have a room with NO windows. All inclusive is not all inclusive, they have said this is one drink with your dinner. There is no specific menu for dinner, the waiter will tell you what they can offer which is generally one main course. On the morning of day 2, I was moved to the correct room, however I wasn't informed that this was beside the building site and was woken up at 8am on a Saturday morning. Overall I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, for the price that was paid, I would have gotten closer to the centre and better staff. Have asked to speak with a manager and was informed there the manager does not have a set schedule and comes and goes as he pleases.

On arrival I was put in room 516. This was in another building across the road, which the hotel owned. However, it did have another name 🤔. But was still 4*. I found the room, but was amazed there were no windows. Being 4* there was a mini bar apparently. But not it this room. There was no bin in the bedroom or bathroom. So I put my rubbish in the floor. There wasn't even a mirror in the bathroom. Unbelievable. I should have complained there and then, but decided to sleep there the night and say something in the morning. I was there for 4 nights. The bathroom ( no window) looked new. I turned on the shower ( The bathroom was a wet room). The drain in the bathroom remained dry & the water flowed into the bedroom soaking the floor. I think the room was originally a store room. The room never even had a number outside, the chambermaid showed me where it was. I videoed everything and went to reception and asked for another room. The young receptionist was so nice and apologetic. I said this room was not a bedroom and should never be offered to a customer. I was given another room immediately in the main block, which was superb.

The main problem is the payment scheme, with different types of taxes overcoming the price. THree taxes in total: • tax is imposed by the city: EUR 1.40 per person, per night • Administrative fee: EUR 5 per person, per night • Resort fee: EUR 10 per person, per night The the city tax is common, but the other ones are not. When you reserve the Hotel by a common hotel searcher like Expedia or other, the total price seems very attractive. But the price you really pay in the hotel is more or less the double you expect. That experience is terrible. You feel yourself like you were stolen. I was quite surprise about the bad comments and low rating of the hotel, but now i understand. The price scheme contaminated all the experience. I will never stay with this company again. They are not transparent. Moreover, the swimming pool are is not included so you need to pay more. Also the hotel clearly needs maintenance. In our room the toilet brush was broken, and in my daughter's room, an aluminum piece of the window was disconnected. Finally there is a paper in the room saying if more than 4 people go in the elevator you pay a penalty of €100...but the elevator inside say the maximum is five. So very disorganized hotel, with a total lack of transparency in the price. I feel abused. Not recommended at all.

La struttura che era da me prenotata, non risponde al telefono indicato, ho dovuto cercare il loro numero di telefono su internet. Alle telefonate non rispondo, ai messaggi tramite wa rispondo molto raramente, non parlano italiano ( però è indicato che è una delle lingue del hotel) , non si presentano ai messaggi, quindi non sapevo con chi comunicavo. Pessimo, ho dovuto prenotare un altro hotel perché si sono rifiutati di fare il check in! Avevo prenotato per 2 notti e io come consumatore ho dovuto cercare la via d’uscita! Loro non mi hanno proposto niente! Rifiutando pure il check in del giorno dopo! Quando era tutto pagato! Servizio pessimo! Non sanno gestire i clienti! Sconsigliatissimo!! 168€ andati nel vuoto! Per sentire PURE DELLE RISPOSTE CHE NON POSSONO OFFRIRE NIENTE TRANNE CHE LASCIARSI I MIEI SOLDI!

À notre arrivée, personnel pas aimable ni souriant, être professionnel c'est un minimum. Ensuite on a dû reclamer notre suite royale, ayant reçu une chambre inferieur, apparemment personnel de l'acceuil n'etait pas au courant. Construction de l'hotel tres septique sur la qualité, ayant constater une humidité prédominante dans l'intégralité de la suite, se manifestant par une tres forte odeur et des traces d'humidité dans toute les pieces. Environnement bruyant, cause travaux environnant dans 'établissement et en dehors. Levé par le bruit des travaux à 07h00 merci pour les vacances paisibles. Petit déjeuné pas du tout à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles, rien n'était bon. Enfin le point positif de ce 3 jours et 2 nuits est et j'insite bien, sur l'acceuil côté restaurant avec l'acceuil du chef de rang et le chef cuisinier tres aimable avec une cuisine qui mérite ses 4 etoiles pour le coup! Heureusement qu'ils relevent un peu le niveau.

Je vous déconseille ça . C’est beau . La chambre propre mais pas la salle de bain !! Du calcaire à ne pas en finir sur le pommeau de douche. Je chipote pas ! C’était vraiment beaucoup , il y avait une grosse couche . Juste pour ça oui je met 1 étoile . La propreté est primordial !

Für uns war es total in Ordnung. Tirana ist eine sehr schöne Stadt. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Blick aus dem Hotelfenster und haben nichts negatives erlebt. Das Zimmer war groß, Bett sehr bequem, Klima hat funktioniert, Kalt- und Warmwasser auch.Wir waren zufrieden.
