"Friendly staff, comfortable beds, clean room a few minor mistakes when cleaning room. Need a better supervision to make sure they don’t occur. There was trash bin not emptied from last guess and missing shower mat after cleaning on second day"

"Our stay at the Hotel Elisa was excellent and I highly recommend it! Klenisa at the front desk was one of the best hotel employees I have ever encountered. She was always very gracious and helpful during our stay Our room was very large and had a great view of the mountains from the 9th floor. I believe there are only 2 rooms on the top floor, so it was perfectly quiet. The complimentary spa facilities were lovely The hotel is conveniently located, it’s a pleasant walk to Skanderbeg Square as well as many restaurants. I would definitely stay there again "

My room was divine, very spacious. Facilities are very modern. It was my first time in Albania and they made me feel very safe. "
