"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the staff were excellent, special thanks to the pool guy and the restaurant staff for their care and attention. Our room was spacious and spotless when we arrived with a lovely shaded balcony. Great pool, partially shaded with loungers available for relaxing afternoons out of the heat. "The space looks great, and the overall ambience is very good. The staff were kind and respectful. However, the property needs to have better amenities - 1. We didn’t get running hot water even in the morning (it was lukewarm at best) 2. The phones in the room was only functioning half the time 3. It’s advertised as a private pool, but it’s not private at all. The pool is clearly visible to everyone walking by and maintenance and cleaning staff are going around most of the time and can see you even from the pathways. "
