"I didn't try their breakfast or other amenities, so I can't comment. For me, this was most convenient for a late check in after flying into the international airport nearby. While it's close to the airport, however, it's farther from the central city where restaurants and shops are within walkable distance. The staff had to help arrange for my ride in and out of the hotel. Luckily, they were very customer-oriented and accommodating."

"Hotel reasonably close to the airport. Booked a two bedroom, two bath apartment for me and parents. First allotted one had a questionable nicotine odor though it was a non smoking room. Front desk was quick to change the room after we notified them. Really nice of them to do that immediately. All staff were very polite and genuinely hospitable. Food was good at Cafe mercara and Madras pavilion. The Madras pavilion buffet is good but not great. Also the buffets gets crowded at any meal and can be noisy during peak hours. For a hotel this big, I felt the gym was small and no indoor stationery bikes either. Would definitely stay here again since I am a Marriott member, although I would check the other similar hotels in this category too. "

"The staff, in particular the housekeeping staff were extremely polite and courteous. They anticipated our needs and made sure it was taken care of in a prompt manner. The food is of good quality, and food variety is good but the flavors tend to be a little bland for I down food, probably catering to an international audience. Great team of employees! "
