"The property was lovely and spacious and the pool area was excellent.
Communication could have been improved as after stating our time of arrival which was earlier, it was assumed that we could check in sooner as we weren't then advised something to the effect of "Great, you cannot check in until xxpm but you may use the pool etc". "We had the most incredible stay at Mirakul, the room and property are absolutely beautiful, the pictures do not do it justice. The location is perfect and Sanja was a phenomenal host. I honestly cannot fault it, we were so sad to have to leave and will definitely be coming back for another relaxing stay"
