"I chose this hotel at the last minute because of its location and reasonable price. I was on a driving trip to Brussels and I was looking for a location in that part of the city. I found the room to be clean and comfortable, and the self check-in system was easy to use. They also offered on-site parking in their basement garage, and although the parking is tight, I was still able to park my X5 down below and leave it for a couple days while I use the public transportation system to get around. The onsite Hostess was knowledgeable about the local area and she assisted me with the questions I had. Overall I am very happy with my stay at City Box and will use them again when the situation calls for it."

"Breakfast was awesome. Super accommodating for allergies and diets. The room was beautiful and clean but there were some defects specifically in the restroom, the sink and shower both had the drain covers removed because they wouldn't drain otherwise. Minimal aesthethic problem that was ignores but a surprise nonetheless in a 4☆"

"Personnel à la réception tres serviable. L’arrivée s’est bien passée. Localisation pres de la station de train très pratique. La douche était salle et la porte coulissante qui donne accés a la salle de bain laisse un espace lorsque fermée, qui ne donne pas l’intimité désirée."
