Nothing comes complimentary with this property, charged more than half of per nights rate to check in early even though they had rooms available/ ready to check in. The air conditioning is centrally regulated it seems as cutting off in the middle of the night and cannot be turned on using the remote."

"First and forwmost, lack of communication from the owner/manager. No responses for queries at all. The rooms were clean upto an OK level. Bathroom was not very clean. Our room was at the front of the property overlooking a very busy road. It was not sound proof at all. Staff was good, reaponsive. Parking is available, but accessing it is a hassle. "We stayed at Treehouse Neptune, Panaji for 4 nights. Rooms are of a decent size and offer good overall comfort. Fixtures/ accessories used in the room are of high quality/ top brands and lend a premium feel to the room. Staff are polite and service is up to the mark.
