"Very run down. Booked with breakfast included. Was told on arrival they have no food available for any meal time. Gym was filthy. Shower was mouldy. Reception unattended on arrival. Had to look for staff member. When I left at 8:30 the reception was all locked up. No staff around. No receipt for stay. Have emailed but had no response. Travels a lot with work and this is the worst place I have stayed. "

Great location for a lovely canal walk into Bradford on Avon. Staff were lovely and local knowledge invaluable. Will definitely be returning for another stay."
