"Super duper inconvinient. I saw cockroaches in my room. All facilities are lack of maintenance (wifi, water heater, tv,etc). Air conditioner looks dirty"

"When book price was rm60. And paid for it. Once reach hotel, receptionist asking for another rm38. And ask to claim back from apps provider. It’s was midnight and need chat with CS. And still don’t know when can get the refund. Room condition is not maintained well. Floor sticky. Shower pipe broken. Sink tab broken."

"Wifi provided. But cannot access. Door sound proof is too poor. Keep disturbing by the neighbors when they open and close their doors."
