"This apartment would be great for a week or more. Spacious, lovely pools and close to the beach. The beds are typical Turkish hard beds and the kitchen lacks simple amenities such as a breadboard, dishwashing liquid and tea towels. There are a lot of lightbulbs that need replacing too. Great location to the beach and there’s even Irem Beach loungers."

"Nobody from staff speaks English. We had lots of ants in our room, and because the receptionist told me other rooms didn't have this issue, I suggested for us to transfer to another room. Instead, they sent someone to put insect poison in our room, and he put the poison everywhere, including on our bags and our clothes. The room smelt like poison and we would breathe it. "Unfortunately we had a bad expu our original booking in Payaller Alanya. Thankfully Hotels.com found us another villa and we ended up staying here at Ottoman Villas. "The property was fine for my family. Overall it had all the amenities nearby, especially groceries. Although, we did not have a good cookware and had to request for changing it twice, until we got a new one. Also, the kettle wasn't clean. However the overall stay and comfort was good and it was cleaned everyday. Finally, I liked the staff who were friendly, helpful and polite. "
