"Excellent location right on Batumi walkable boulevard. Lots of restaurants and cafeteria nearby. Right by the Black Sea. Service was pretty exceptional and fast! Lika was very helpful! The only con was a noise insulation and a party all the way into 1 AM next door. But this is what you get when you book a room in a 50 floor hotel. The area itself if going through some massive reconstruction. So one needs to be prepared for construction noise. Otherwise a great value for money! Loved the stay...

"This property is a total scam. They don't even give you what you paid for. They will move you to euphoria hotel instead and give you a teeny tiny little room without the view and they will keep treating you horribly.
