Todo muy bien, hotel agradable, muy limpio, el desayuno abundante y con buen sabor. Tuvimos la mala suerte de que el carrito que transporta del hotel al parque se había descompuesto y llegar caminando a pesar de ser muy cerca, es un tanto peligroso ya que el hotel esta justo en un curva, fuera de ese detalle, todo excelente, sin duda volveré

El lugar muy tranquilo y agradable. Accesos al parque increíble!!! Solo tensión en el checkout no muy flexibles en dar un tiempo adicional para regresar del parque acuático en recepción!! Personal muy atento en restaurant y servicios. No hay agua caliente en regaderas exteriores. Servicio a la habitación no existía por evento del 15,16. :( Muy agradable visita!!!

El nuevo concepto del hotel me encantó, la remodelación está excelente. Las flores de despedida con los chocolates y figuras de animales con las toallas es un plus sensacional. No me gustó que nos abordaran en el check out para ofrecernos tiempo compartido.

Mientras cenábamos en el restaurante del hotel a 10 m de nuestro cuarto, alguien entró a nuestro cuarto y robó todas nuestras tarjetas de crédito haciendo en unas horas muchos cargos. El hotel no se responsabilizó por lo sucedido. NO se queden en este hotel.

Cambiaron el concepto que tenían; las habitaciones más modernas pero se escucha todo lo que hacen en otras habitaciones. Antes el concepto de cabaña aislaba muy bien el ruido externo. Cambiaron el buffet, el desayuno es bueno pero su concepto bajo de nivel. Contabilizar las amenidades es de muy mal gusto. Si reciben cualquier tipo de personas, seguro huirán con algo.

Falta limpieza en las habitaciones. No hay ni dónde poner la ropa, ni cajones ni clóset, ni un mueble para poner la maleta. El personal no tiene idea del uso de mosquiteros y los deja abiertos; en la noche la habitación está llena de moscos y uno termina terriblemente picoteado
