Great place to stay! Clean and friendly staff. The food was delicious at the restaurant. The only con was that if you come in the winter, the rooms are cold and no heater.

Perfect stay in Tlaxcala clean room good breakfast and great concierge service all night and front desk Mrs Cecilia WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING this morning she translated for me to the Uber ask me to share my location with her to know that I am safe with my Uber driver. She even took a picture of his license plate. There was confusion about money with my Uber driver along the way and she resolved it. I couldn’t ask for better service. I will definitely be back for another stay because of Cecilia and her staff. DBESS Houston TX

Un hotel muy limpio y con detalles que hacen sentir al huésped en un lugar muy agradable, por ejemplo un excelente cama con un colchón de calidad y sábanas, muy cómodas, el baño, perfectamente dispuesto con todo lo necesario y el personal muy atento, además convenientemente cerca del centro de la ciudad claro hay que bajar muchas escaleras, por lo cual el regreso siempre debe ser en taxi.

El personal es muy amable, siempre estuvo atento a nuestras necesidades. Por otra parte el hotel no tiene espacio suficiente de estacionamiento por lo que tuvimos que quedarnos estacionados en la calle.

No sé que sucede, que por las noche se escuchaba ruidos de construcción muy fuertes, utilizamos 2 habitaciones, definitivamente la habitación del piso en olanta baja no pudieron dormir profundamente por el ruido
