"The location is amazing, each room has a view of the volcano. However, this means the one window receives direct sunlight most of the day, and with just one small part of the window actually able to be opened, it gets very hot in the room. We also could not leave this window open at night due to the bonfire lit right outside. And there is no fan. So we had a miserable night’s sleep. Again, the location made it worth it, but I’m glad we only stayed one night. "

It shows the effect of time. Main door lock wasn’t working properly. Desk clerks were having meals while attending guests. "
