"The hotel was typical of several that I have stayed at during my trip; tired and in need of a refresh. I was there out of season so was pretty much the only guest so it lacked atmosphere and during the season it might have felt better. The food at RAAS was the best we had in India, as was the service. Attentive yet laidback, the team are all really kind and add to the ambience. I set my alarm for sunrise and was not disappointed, enjoying a coffee as the sky turned pink. A beautiful oasis after the excitement of the cities.
