Hotel Vista Nagoya was a wonderful and memorable part of our trip in Japan. The concierge staff was very accommodating about receiving our luggage ahead of our arrival, and even put it in our rooms upon check in day. They were also super helpful in sending out our souvenirs to the airport, so we could travel worry free. The best part of the day was the breakfast service, provided by the wonderful breakfast crew. Since we wake up at 6:30 during this trip, the breakfast service was a game changer in our daily travels, since almost nothing is open that early. They served vegetables, salad, daily changing protein options and sides, rice/Unagi rice, soups and the best French toast you'll have so far! I would go back to Nagoya just to stay here again. Thank you for taking care of us!

It was a little expensive for the area. It was not really close to anything. But we did find a great little curry restaurant to eat at not a far walk.
The staff member at reception was helpful and friendly.

"I accidentally reserved the smoking room and unfortunately There was no vacant that day so they were not able to switch our room to non smoking room. as soon as we got off the elevator at our floor,The whole floor smelled cigarette and so the room did. oh well It was my fault...
