"This place is awful. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. Our bathroom was broken from the moment we arrived. Although breakfast was supposed to be free, they charged us for coffee and water, and we never received a real Turkish breakfast. Every time we asked, they said they didn't have it. ..."

"Nice location but their hot water is not working for the whole night and the next day. We asked the reception staff and none of them can help to solve the problem. The staff can speak better English if they put English as a reception language"
