Check in and staff friendly. First room had no electricity with a very bad odour. Second room, bathroom was not clean, toilet was dirty, sink tab was not bolted to wall, NO towels. Base board falling off wall. Huge bug in bathroom looked like cockroach…. Left and did not ask for money back. Too tired to deal with it. Slept in truck.

It's cheap for a reason! There was various hair on every possible surface in the room, mostly the sheets. There was food crumbs, hair, and possible bodily fluids on the bed. Muddy footprints on the floor. Ceiling caving in. Brown water. No blanket. Do not stay here if you have another option. The only good thing about this place was the nice man at the front desk.

The place was in horrible shape. No hand towels, no cups, 1 chair, mattress filthy, asked for non smoking but got smoking room, huge potholes in parking areas, broken heat/cool unit.

Heater didn't work in room, outlets for heater looked like they had been on fire at some point. The bathtub and toliet were disgusting. Walls and ceilings are dirty. Horrible location and place.

Convenient location just off freeway and very affordable rates. Property was old and outdated, and the room and finishings were cheap and dirty. They appear to be renovating the property, which is akin to putting lipstick on a pig, with low quality finishes and poor workmanship. Overall, you get what you pay for.

This property in under repair and should have some key items fixed before having guests. There are no lighted signs or directional signs to help find the motel after dark. Outside of property needs to be free from debris. Ice machine not available. Parking area needs better lighting. Staff was helpful and explained property ownership recently changed but new owners should make renovations before opening

Place is under construction. The facility is old and tired. Parts are being rebuilt. Parts are falling apart. Maybe when they finish construction it'll be ok. It should probably not be open at all until then

BEWARE, NOT CLEAN
The new gal at the front desk was helpful but it was almost as if she knew the room was really dirty but was really able to offer anything else. I booked a non smoking room. The room was so disgusting the nicotine was dripping down the walls, areas that had never been swept, the conditioner was on full blast couldn't be changed smelled of mildew and smoke, remote not set up for TV couldn't turn on so i did manually big mistake, couldn't adjust the volume and then couldn't get it to turn off even with the button so i unplugged it. I checked in at 3am so i really didn't have many other options. It was really gross. The door was supposed to be white but almost black and couldn't hardly get it closed. Didn't feel safe at all. It was really sad. I couldn't even shower or walk on the floor anywhere without shoes. It looks like they were painting outside, if i were you I'd clean and paint inside first then you can generate more business. Not an experience i want to repeat.

There was a sketchy guy walking around holding a handgun and watching me drive to my room. The people in the next room immediately opened their door and stood in the doorway smoking cigarettes and watching me unpack my car. A guy on the second floor was actively cooking drugs right outside his room... I returned my room key and left as quickly as I could.

The hotel desk girl was nice, the property was run down and road completely unmaintained. The rooms were extremely dirty and had bugs....I wouldn't recommend it if it was free but the rudeness of the owner or whoever the older lady was definitely was the worst of all! I would have asked for a refund but I knew that was a pointless endeavor!

It was not what I expected. The pictures online were a misrepresentaton of the property. Office staff was no where to be found at checkout time. The parking lot made the FDR Drive in NY look like a well paved road. The only upside was the room was clean.

It looked like something out of the apocalypse, no signs, just the metal frames. Finding the place at night was actually frightening. Checking in the owner is screaming with a weekly tenant about rent rates raising, it was super unprofessional. The room was atrocious. Holes in the wall, masking tape covering the bathroom door hole. The ac barely runs, there is no water pressure. It really looked like I stepped into a horror movie.

Was sent to another location and not given the room I originally booked and charged another $40 at that property. Not to mention they were not friendly and had no idea I was coming. Told me their rooms are more expensive and they don’t have any more jacuzzi rooms. The room we got was also disgusting, so I’m not sure how it could cost more to stay at Miami Suites than the super 8, unless that one is way worse.

I reserved my stay a week ahead of time. I even called to make sure I had my double bed reserved and to inform them that we would be arriving late. They told me no problems. On the night, as we were driving up to the hotel, I got a call from them telling me that they did not have a double bedroom for me. But that they had contacted another hotel 15 minutes further we from their hotel. And that it would not cost me any more money to go there. I asked them to text me the new address and hotel name. They just sent me the address of 1800 Miami road, Toledo, Ohio. I got to the new hotel at 8:30 pm. When I checked in, the person told me that they had indeed gotten the call from the other hotel, and they had me a double bed room. But when I had to pay, they informed me that I had to pay a additional $10. I was too tired to argue about $10 because we had to get up at 4 am. I asked about a wake-up call, and I was told that they did not have one. I asked about an alarm clock, there was none. So I was very disappointed in this whole process. And Expedia needs to look at the reviews for the Super 8 at Milbury rd Toledo. There were a lot of complaints about it being very dirty

False Advertisement. Rooms are not the same and not available. Pictures are not this property. I took two hours for expedia to find me another room. I sat in my car for two hours in pure frustration. I will probably never use the site again. This is my second tome having issues. Last time my card was tripple charge. All i wanted was my money back...instead i got stuck with outsourcing that couldn't speak clear English. Aweful experience.
