Decepcinante.

Excelente por su ubicación centrica. Es lo unico favorable. Las habitaciones son pequeñas e incomodas. Las televisiones son del año de la canica y no funcionan. La luz es super insuficiente, una vela me alumbra más. Se nota que solo asean las habitaciones después de ser desocupadas, mientras están ocupadas ni quien se preocupe por asearlas; el baño a parte de viejo y sucio, la regadera no sirve, tuve que esperar media hora para el agua caliente, a parte de que tuve que ir hasta recepción para comunicar que no había agua caliente ya que las habitaciones no cuentan con teléfono. El estacionamiento muy pequeño, tienes que dejar la llave de tu auto en recepción porque lo más seguro es que tu auto quede estacionado detras de otros y adelante de otros. Incluyen un desayuno que solamente tiene dos opciones, o huevos con salchicha o chicharrón en salsa verde, y el pan dulce es cuenta a parte. Muy decepcionante!!!

Convenient location but best to avoid if possible.

ABOUT OUR STAY - We booked 4 rooms for 2 nights as we were attending a wedding in Toluca. Our party comprised 6 adults and 4 children, and we had two cars to park. PROS - Convenient location in City Center. Very close to the Cathedral, the "Arcos", and the Cosmo Vitral. All at walking distance. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. CONS - Despite the fact that we got "refurbished rooms", the windows did not close properly in 2 of 4 rooms, the mirror was broken in one of them. There was an electricity outage for 4hrs+ that left us without water or lights. No alternate mechanisms were available (not even candles!) and no emergency lighting was available in rooms or common areas, not even stairs. The parking lot is difficult to access and poorly signaled. Despite the fact that the rate included breakfast we were refused breakfast for children unless we paid and also we were told that Sunday breakfast was not free (BTW Sunday breakfast was not different of any other day breakfast, which is just eggs, coffee, juice and nothing more). If you look at the pics of the hotel, you will note that there is only one pic of a room. There is a reason for that. Next door to the hotel there is a run-down bar (loud music until late) and the street is very noisy. This was aggravated because it was not possible to close the single-glazed windows properly. Also, Toluca is a chilly city and we got a nasty draft. The staff at front desk was not very polite (almost rude).

Pros: Hotel muy cerca del centro . Hay que llevar tu # de reservación por que no estaba registrado!lo solucionaron bien, no hay agua caliente para el baño !las toallas dan lástima!precio por lo que pagas bien!desayuno rico. El desayuno si llevas niños no lo incluye.
