"A basic bugdget accommodation. I had a large room, very basic but as expected. 3 beds, table and open wardrobe. Breakfast was good, although the upper floor area could really benefit from a bit of a spruce up, its a shame they don't make more use of the roof top area. It's currently not a pleasant place for eating!!!! But could be a nice place to chill with a bit of effort. Water (hot and cold) available 24/7 in lobby area. Sodas and beer also available. Only met the manager (Byron, i think)...

HOTEL SIERRA NEGRA

10/10 Excellent

"Right on the water. Next o restaurants. Crack the slider and listen to the ocean waves come in. $3 cab ride from the ferry. Ocean facing worth the upgrade. We arrived late, owner met us at the main entrance. Free coffee! We will stay here again!"

"We had a wonderful time! Breakfast was absolutely delicious, and we also enjoyed an amazing dinner during our stay. The cocktails were delicious and perfectly made. The staff provided excellent recommendations for things to do on Isabela Island, which really enhanced our experience. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality. The location right by the ocean was perfect, and everything was clean and well maintained. Highly recommended! Jenny , Pam and Rafael "

La Casita de la Playa

"Lovely place right on the beach. Great location, walking distance form lots of restaurants and shops. Not that far from pier, like 20 min walk. Staff super nice and helpful. Proactively reached out to us to make sure we had breakfast either in their terrace or giving us a to-go bag. I’d definitely will stay here again. "

"We had a lovely night stay here. You’re on an island so some ants and bugs can be expected. This isn’t The Four Seasons so if you were looking for that you would be disappointed. What you will find staff willing to go above and beyond like Jonathan, who made our stay lovely. Love that you could just walk to the beach right behind the property. The peace and tranquillity you will find here is unmatched. I think this is the best place to stay on the island. We will definitely be returning. "

Iguana Crossing Boutique Hotel

"We loved our stay here. It is on the edge of the small town, but easily walkable to everything including a sunset bar that was awesome. I assume it was not coincidentally named Iguana Crossing, but it is literally located at a point where iguana after iguana cross the road. The views from our room and the pool were unbelievable and the wildlife that literally walks in the lobby is amazing. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful."

"Family owned. Very warm and welcoming, helpful, caring. Room very comfortable and clean. They coordinate tours and daily activities for you. We felt like home. Es un hostal familiar. Son muy cálidos, te reciben con mucha amabilidad y se preocupan por todo. El cuarto muy cómodo y limpio. Te ayudan a coordinar paseos y actividades diarias. Nos sentimos como en casa."
