"They cancelled our booking the day before we should have turned up for no reason. we followed the instructions when booking and called a week before and was told to ring when we were 30 minutes away to book in. then out of the blue while we were on holiday we got an email cancelling our booking which left us on holiday with no were to sleep so be warned when booking you may be left disappointed as nd trying to find other accommodation!!"
