"Location is very good, on a quiet side street, but still in the Old Town, so close to the main square, though a bit far from Wawel. At first it seemed odd that breakfast could be included but not on site, but it made one get going to go out, and the food was plentiful and delicious. The ladies in the reception were very helpful, answered questions willingly and with a smile, and made us fresh coffee whenever we asked. This is not a full service hotel, but very suitable for people who don't need pampering."

"Breakfast was poor in so many ways, ground floor toilets was dirty as someone had toileted on the seat and also others were dirty. Twin beds were too close together On the positive it was a good location for the market square and castle, reception were really helpful from check in to,check out and in between, they were all friendly and professional and treated us like individuals rather than just another guest."

"Great location in the old town! Beautifully decorated, extremely clean apartment. It was good to have a little kitchenette and a very quiet environment, facing a courtyard. Note that the address you first come to is where you pick up your keys and not where you are staying. That confused me a bit, as I was bringing many suitcases from the train station. But once I understood that the apartment was wonderful and worked perfectly for me. "

"I travel extensively and have stayed in many genuine deluxe and 5-star hotels around the world, so unfortunately this property did not meet what I would reasonably expect from a hotel advertised as 5-star. In reality, I would rate it closer to a 3-star experience. The best part of the hotel was definitely the location, which was very convenient, and most staff were generally pleasant when spoken to. The room size was also decent. However, there were several disappointing issues. Firstly, the hotel appeared to advertise breakfast included, but during booking this was suddenly not the case, which felt misleading. I also contacted the hotel over 24 hours before arrival regarding possible early check-in and allergy-friendly linen requests, yet I received absolutely no response — not even a short acknowledgment message. The room itself lacked many standard 5-star touches: no bathrobes, very limited in-room amenities, minimal tea/coffee supplies, and even drinking water required guests to walk down the corridor to external water coolers. The carpets looked dirty and worn, and housekeeping standards were below expectations. One particularly concerning detail was finding a completed breakfast room-service card left behind from a previous guest, which raised questions about attention to cleaning and room checks. Overall, the hotel has potential because of its location and some friendly staff members, but it simply does not currently deliver a true 5-star experience."

"I stayed at the AC Marriott three nights ago and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is very modern, stylish, and beautifully designed. My room was excellent — very clean, comfortable, and with a fresh new-style interior that made the stay even more enjoyable. We also used the underground parking, which was very convenient, secure, and well organised. Overall, everything was great and I would happily stay there again."
