They took care of us immediately when we stepped out of the elevator, sending our luggage onto the airport shuttle and informing us of the correct terminal for our airline. The airport shuttle bus was a wonderful service that was provided at no additional cost. The 24 hour store on site was very convenient to pick up everything we needed during the night and before leaving each day."
