Food was expensive and not good quality. Bed and pillows very uncomfortable. Minimal ventilation in the room, very hot. Much more strict tattoo policy than was stated on the booking info. Bus to Tokyo station was convenient and affordable

This hotel is my go to, whenever I’m using Narita airport. It is clean, rooms are nice and large for Japanese standard, and staff are very courteous. Hotel is a little outdated, but with this price, I cannot complain.

Our room was comfortable, clean and soundproof. There was a clear timetable for the bus shuttle to/from Narita and the service was efficient. This large hotel offered several restaurants as well as a mini-supermarket.

The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. No elevator and I was on the 3rd floor, but it had a wide stairway to upper floors.
