"After flying in with four of us from Los Angeles on a Red Eye, we had to drive around for 4-5 hours until we were able to check in at 4pm, however after hours of trying to get into the property with no answer on the contact number ,we finally were able to have the local property manager come out and say that the property overbooked and had no room for us. I spent over 2 hours on the phone getting the run around by Expedia with mixed stories of our accommodations. FINALLY with now the story is...

"The lobby is beautiful and gives the impression that the rooms will be equally updated, especially the bathrooms and beds, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. The bathroom could use updating. The shower and tile areas showed wear, and some caulking was missing. The toilet has a unique flushing system that is extremely loud and would likely wake anyone sleeping. There was also no exhaust fan in the bathroom, making it feel very humid and uncomfortable after showering. We stayed with three people, but the toiletries provided were minimal — only one small travel-size body soap, a 2-in-1 shampoo, and one separate conditioner bottle. The double beds were also quite small for two adults, and overall I expected better bed quality from this hotel. A microwave in the room would have been appreciated as well."
