"絶対オススメしないホテル。 様々な問題点が多過ぎて、ここで全て書けない。いくつか例を挙げると、ホテル自体の施設が古いしとても汚ない。コ ンセプトも古い。食事の費用が内容に見合わずもの凄く高い上に、スタッフの客への対応はまるで刑務所の囚人への扱い。 しかもホテルのスタッフとそれらの問題点を話そうとしたが、責任者らしき人物は、真意が全く伝わっておらず我関せずの姿勢。 状況把握後、予定は４泊だったが、キャンセルもせずに、ホテルに着いたその日の夜に１泊に変更し、翌日ホテルを離れた。 早めに旅行の計画を立てられずに、仕方なく予約したホテルであったが、想像を遥かに超える酷さ。 ..."

"近江町市場の目の前にあり、兼六園、金沢城公園からも近くロケーションは最高です。 双子ベビーカーだったので、ホテルへの出入りは裏口を利用させてもらいました。インターホンで通話後すぐスタッフが扉を開けてくれます。 お部屋は最高でした。 子供にも安全な低めのベッドと登り降りしやすい高さで、双子は終始大興奮でした。 おしゃれで清潔な作りでとてもよかったです。 2泊したので、2階のラン ドリーを利用しました。洗濯から乾燥まで2時間です(3kg) ランドリーと同じスペースにウォーターサーバもあるので、部屋のデキャンタを持って行ってる人もいました。 お風呂は洗い場が5つくらいとお風呂が1つ。 ドライヤーの場所は6箇所くらいあって混雑もそこまでなかったです。 ..."
