Very bad experience
The TV was not working. The staff was not helpful. I was asked to take another TV set from the office to my room. However, even I did so, the replaced TV set was still not working. You are helpless if you encounter issues.

You got what you paid for.
There was no check in staff at the counter most of the time. I tried calling and it was never picked up. I could not find the way to the room. Only after numerous call then the other staff who was off already, sent me a video that shows the way. The TV in the flat was not working.
