The family room was excellent with small touches like a tent and stuffed animals for my daughter. Very clean and very nice and new. Staff was courteous, kind and very helpful despite the language barrier. Would definitely stay again and totally recommend.

Our stay was fabulous. We got a room upgrade it was amazing. Staff were super helpful and very nice. Breakfast was also good. Special thanks to Xiaoxiao who help us with tickets and to make our stay smooth. Also thanks to Hailey who also helps us at the reception. Everyone was so kind and nice. I definitely recommend this hotel

Great place, well located near of the park east entrance (10 mins walk). Spacious room and room amenities (just be careful with the step next to the bed). Special mention to the hotel manager/concierge and staff. Helpful attentive and knowledgeable about the area and really valuable help in organizing your days ( special mention to Sunny…. The heart of the place).
