"Clean room, friendly staff, great breakfast! The areas outside the rooms are a bit worn fun and the ac in the hallways weren’t working but inside the room was clean and ac was awesome! Super affordable! "

"The bed sheets had a look like they weren’t freshly laundered, so I looked a little closer. The sheets were covered in little hairs. I went to the front desk to tell them, and the employee there simply handed me new sheets. So I had to change them myself- that’s a first! The pool had no water. The floor was sticky and the carpet was covered in stains. The AC only worked after a lot of juggling with the power outlet. On a positive not the tv worked fine, and when the room next to me was super loud the front desk did talk to them. "

"Worse place I have ever stayed. At check-in, clerk had a folder label on shirt with name written, TV would not work so called down and "Kevin" came up to our room bare footed. Then after we were in bed, husband got up to use the rest room and there was water dripping on him from the ceiling. Called Kevin to come up and after 30 minutes we went down stairs where Kevin moved us to a different room. The next morning in the new room, the toilet would not flush. Frustrated with all events we checked out of our 3-day reservation. Was only given a 1 day refund. The next day the general manager said she could not prove that the ceiling was leaking. I asked it if she thought I wanted to get up out of bed, wait for no one to show up have to go to the lobby in my PJs and then have to go pack up and move to another room for no reason? Poor management and no maintenance at this facility! DO NOT stay here!"

"My stay at Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Reno - Sparks was unfortunately very disappointing. The noise level throughout the night was extremely disruptive, and the walls seemed very thin, making it difficult to get any rest. The bed was also very uncomfortable. The worst part of the experience happened around 4:30 AM when I was woken up by someone entering the building yelling and screaming while staff threatened to call the police. It created an unsafe and stressful environment and completely ruined the night’s sleep. Overall, the stay was far below expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again."
