Management communication was excellent prior to checking in and check in instructions were spot on. We had a couple of issues with the dryer when we did get there and they were resolved straight away. We will certainly be going back again.

My apartment at 7 Aubigny Street was very quiet and for once there was no problem with parking. The location is good and I would recommend this property as one to consider.

Staff extraordinarily good - went the extra distance with personal issues eg missing sunglasses (restored), key tags (fixed). Faultless. Apartment appointments prepared to high standard. Location for Carnival of Flowers is perfect - walk to Queen’s Park, very short walk to junction of where the Grand Parade commences. Nearby shopping facilities. Would return, would highly recommend Laguna Apartments.

The unit was not in the specific location the listing was under but a second property a block or so away. The building & unit security was excellent. The unit was spacious, in excellent condition & very well fitted out. We will definitely book again if holidaying the area again.
