"Hotel was great, everything was great, but staff during breakfast was RUDE on both days. The first day we went down for breakfast, some lady broke a salt shaker. The staff lady came over, gave our children a dirty look thinking it was them. Second day, she yelled at our loud not to be putting more trash in the trash can since it’s already full, and she pointed to other trash cans and once again looked over at us and gave us a dirty look as she spoke. Mind you we weren’t the only ones there. Other than rude lady, everything was good. "

"I will never book through Expedia again . You guys never sent my itinerary over to them even after calling 3 separate times and being put on hold for 30 minutes each time . So i had to make a whole new reservation . Completely unacceptable . You guys are terrible"

"Room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast was what you expect at a free hotel breakfast, better than others I’ve had. I did like that they had individually packaged muffins. Staff was super helpful and kind. My room faced the pool and was very bright at night. They were happy to change my room for me. Overall great stay. "

"We booked two rooms for one nights stay. Upon check in we were told that one of the rooms didn’t have a working air conditioner. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our request for a fan, but they could not find one. It was less than pleasant in that room. The guy at check in said he would leave a note for the manager that we did request a helpful discount since the air conditioner was out of service. After saying the negative, I will tell you the included breakfast was delicious and the staff was amazing!! We would definitely stay there again, if needed. "

"First they put us in a conjoined room without informing us prior, traveling with young children so this was a big NO for us. Moved rooms and immediately we noticed there were roaches ON THE COFFE MACHINE AND CUPS! Walked into the restroom and there was ANOTHER ROACH IN THE TUB AND DIRTY SOCKES ON THE SHOWER CURTAIN. And this point we just left, unfortunately we booked through Expedia so they told us we had to get refunded through Expedia, reach out about our issues asking for a refund, they denied us a refund of a two day stay after us being there only 30-45 minutes. I’m extremely disappointed with both La Quinta and Expedia. "
