"A wonderful, locally owned hotel with a welcoming informative staff. The pool was fantastic and very clean. The hotel is right on the beach, and a ten minute walk into the center of Kissamos where you'll find great restaurants and cute little shops. Kissamos is a wonderful hidden gem, and if you stay there, definitely give Nautilus Bay a try, my wife and I will definitely be back!"

"Great location. Close to the sand beach, bus stop, restaurants, shops. Frendly and amazing staff - speak Greece, English and Russian. Room was clean, good pool. Wifi does work in our rooms. We don't like breakfast at all. Amazing hotel for this price."

"The property is in excellent condition. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. There is a low key and relaxing vibe to the resort. The facilities are first class. There can be a language barrier at times but just stay with it and you will get your point across. The buffet restaurant offers many choices and the quality is very good. The beach is on-site and the chairs and umbrellas are included. The area around the resort has limited restaurants, but Chania Harbor and Old Town are a short drive away, where there are numerous dining options, as well as some nice sights to see. There is a swim up bar, as well as a larger pool and hot tub area. The exterior seating of the Main Bar has an excellent view of the setting sun and is a fun place to grab a cocktail, with attentive servers. The on-site restaurants are small and offer limited seating, so make your reservations as soon as you arrive."

"We stayed 7 excellent nights in a Sea View Suite room. The location is fantastic, a 5 minute walk to a stunning beach with lots of choices for places to eat, whilst the old town is 10 minutes in the other direction, all nice and flat so very easy to get around. The view from the rooms balcony was stunning with sunsets every evening whilst using the hot tub overlooking the sea. It would be nice if they could add some shade (umbrella) to the balcony area. The hotel is very modern and the room was excellent including a fantastic steam room shower. The pool area is also very nice but it could be even better if there were more loungers as the 4 available weren't enough. Unfortunately some nearby roadworks caused noise during the day so made relaxing round the pool a but difficult but not the fault of the hotel. Breakfast each day was great and different choices each day. We'll definitely be recommending this hotel to friends and family and would be more than happy to return again in the future."

"The facility was great, and the entire setup of the hotel and the units is well designed and thought. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. The location is one of the best in Crete with 10 minutes' drive to Chania (if you use a taxi about EUR 12- EUR 15 , the sandy beach. The staff (Kostas and team) and the manager Vangelis were great! very friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate any requests. To see how far they went above and beyond, we had special request to drop a luggage there for a few months and Vangelis volunteered to keep it even the entire winter! Overall great experience, great people and you will not be disappointed. Thank you Domes Noruz Team! :) "

"We loved the views from our room and the staff was so friendly! The chef in the restaurant (Cristos) made amazing meals & was so friendly! He even gave us a cooking class. We also enjoyed the pool & beach area. I would definite commend this hotel and I hope we can come back some day! "
