Har man ikke prøvet et sted hvor man på mail får oplyst en kode til oplåsning af dør og værelser ville det hjælpe meget med en billed forklaring og ikke kun tekst information. "On the whole the hotel was good but what let it down for us was the towels, I know it's petty, but the hand towel was the size of a face cloth and the bath towel wouldn't have covered a child, also there was a lack of a bath mat."

"Hotel was pleasant enough. Nice bar and well located. Only complaint would be with the Hotels app, terrible. Not sure what has happened to it over last few years but won't be using again. No confirmation email, not allowing bookings, app drops out. One customer moving over to apps."
